We like to focus on inventions that are mechanical and utility in nature but also love to create new IP.


Deliverables can be in conceptual rendering form and storyboards to digital or physical looks/like works like models ready for product evaluation, costing and play-testing.

The 2-in-1 Bach to Rock Guitar transforms from a violin to a guitar with real working metal strings sold more than 300K units in its first year and is sold in Amazon today.

Accredited with the creation of Rescue Heroes, the first action figure line designed for preschoolers with big feet so they can easily stand up.  It was the number one preschool cartoon on Warner Bros.  It was re-launched in 2019.

RESEARCH

Child Research and Play Testing

Kenn created the vision and execution of the Mattel "Play and Discovery Center" for play testing and child "can-do" texting research in Shenzhen, China that is a critical part of toy development.
Built a team of qualified and experienced child development experts in China.

Social Innovation

A diverse group of key stakeholders, including Mattel Design,  Mattel Children's Foundation, Child Development, Marketing net with representatives from Save the Children and the Indonesian Ministry of Education in Jakarta to brainstorm on advocating the "right to learn" and on developing play-kits for low resource children in Indonesia.


Kenn led a team of global experts in research to conduct ethnographic research at schools , homes and clinics asking what are the most important things to teach and learn.


KidKenn is looking for corporate partners who are interested in 'social innovation' as a way to help parents and children anywhere in the world with the advantage of seeding the market with brands. seed the market for brand strong brands and product.

Learning Playground

How do we advocate the importance of "learning through play" so that parents and teachers in low resource communities can understand the benefit and adopt it in their preschools? 

My concept is to add basic learning and physical development in a community playground.

This concept was presented as a consideration for the Ministry of Education in Indonesia.
